James C. (Jimmy) Ward, III
He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration. While there he played on the University of Tennessee golf team from 1978-1982. Upon graduation, he received his insurance training from the USF&G Agency training program and began his insurance career in 1983. In 1995, he was recognized as the Tennessee Young Agent of the Year. In 2001, he completed the prestigious Wharton Executive Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his professional pursuits, Jimmy is active in the community as a member of the Exchange Club of Nashville and Double Impact which is a non-profit service organization. He is a member of Harpeth Presbyterian Church. He enjoys spending time with his family including his wife Corinne, daughter Katie and son Jimmy. He also enjoys fly fishing and reading as time permits.

Robert B. (Bob) Jackson
He is an active member of the insurance industry. In 1998, he was selected as Westfield Insurance Company MVP. He serves on the CNA Advisory Board and Travelers Advisory Board. His involvement in these insurance company organizations is a testament to the respect the insurance companies have for Bob and Crichton Brandon Jackson and Ward. Bob is a graduate of The University of Mississippi located in Oxford, Mississippi where he earned a B.A. in Business. When Bob is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Pamela and their three children Mary Keith, Baxter and Kathleen. From time to time, Bob enjoys playing golf and hunting.

Phil Barnes
Phil is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. He is active in the community. Phil is the past president of the Nashville Lions Club and is a board member of the Brown Center for Autism. He is an Elder at the Franklin Church of Christ. Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Phil also enjoys spendiing time with his grandchildren Anniston and Hutch. When time permits, his hobbies include fishing and golf.

Robert Crichton
Rob graduated from the University of The South located in Sewanee, Tennessee where he earned a B.A. in English. Today, he serves the community as a development associate for Cumberland Heights Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center. When Rob has time to relax he enjoys fishing, listening to jazz and cooking. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jimmy serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crichton
Brandon Jackson & Ward. He has been employed in the insurance
industry since 1983. Jimmy joined The Crichton Group when Granbery &
Associates merged with the agency in 1997.
Bob is the President of The Crichton Group. He joined the firm when
Granbery & Associates merged with the agency in 1997. Between the
two firms he has been working in the insurance industry since 1986. Bob
has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of The
Crichton Group.
Parkes Brandon is a principal of The Crichton Group and has been a
significant contributor to the success of the agency. Parkes began his
insurance career with the Royal Insurance Company in 1969 and served as a
broker at Lloyd's in 1970. He then joined the Jack Brandon Agency
ultimately assuming ownership of the agency and merged with what is now
The Crichton Group. Since then he has maintained an active role as a
member of the leadership team working to grow and the develop the agency
into one of the largest and most respected insurance agencies in the
Southeast. Parkes attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He
is married and has three children.
Phil Barnes has been employed with The Crichton Group since 1985 and is a
principal in the firm serving as Vice-President. He specializes in
providing clients with commercial insurance solutions specifically
tailored to their needs. His knowledge and experience in the world of
commercial insurance provides clients with positive results containing
the total cost of risk.
Cooper is part of the executive group of The Crichton Group. While
Cooper provides insurance to many different types of businesses he has
developed substantial expertise in the insurance and risk management
needs of non profit organizations. In fact, The Crichton Group is a
preferred provider for the Center for Nonprofit Management. Cooper has
been employed with the agency since 2002. He is a graduate of the
University of Mississippi.
Rob is one of the founding members of The Crichton Group. He has been
employed by the agency since he founded The Crichton Group in 1981 and
has been working in the insurance industry since 1972. He served the
agency in many capacities including Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer. Through Rob's leadership and the active participation of his
colleagues, the agency prospered and developed to become one of the
regions largest and most respected insurance organizations.
