She plays a very active role in the life of her family and enjoys taking vacations to Florida and spending weekends on the lake as time permits.

Tammy Mason

Tammy is married to her husband Keith and they have one daughter, Brittney. They will celebrate their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary in June of 2008. She greatly enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved at Christ Church.

Mary Swartout
Mary has been instrumental in the development of the Personal Lines division at the agency. Under her leadership, the department has worked to streamline the number of insurance carriers the agency represents to include only those companies that provide the best balance of products, service and price to clients. Today, the agency represents carriers that can meet a broad range of personal insurance needs including clients with the most sophisticated insurance requirements. Currently, she leads a department of eight personal insurance professionals. She is a licensed property and casualty agent and is currently working towards the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. From a personal standpoint, Mary raised two sons Jordan and Joey and has two grandchildren Nicole and Jordan. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her rose garden, reading and hiking.

Nicie Bailey
Nicie is a graduate of Middle Tennessee University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Degree in Insurance/Finance. She is active in multiple civic organizations and is currently pursuing the CPCU & AIC designations.

Kimmi Hayes
Kimmi has a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Murray State University. She also earned her M.B.A. degree in accounting from the same university. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She is married to husband Paul and has two children Benjamin and Olivia. She and Paul are members of First Baptist Church Clarksville. To relax, Kimmi enjoys reading and walking.

Bud Curtis
Bud is active in the Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity program. He is also the father of three daughters and enjoys spending time with them. His recreational pursuits include cycling, sailing, hiking and golf.

Mark Adams
His department sets the agency apart from its competition in that most independent insurance agencies today cannot and do not offer such capabilities as part of the services they provide. By offering these services related to Human Resources, Drug Free Workplace, OSHA Compliance and Accident Prevention/Investigation at the agency level, The Crichton Group is able to leverage their knowledge and close relationship with clients to substantially improve outcomes. Mark has both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Occupational Safety Engineering from Murray State University. Marks business and personal accomplishments and awards are numerous attesting to the time, effort and commitment he puts into his business and personal pursuits.

Beckye Sprouse
Beckye attended Vanderbilt University and UT Nashville. She is active in two religious community outreach programs including Cursillo and Room in the Inn. For rest and recreation, Becky enjoys gardening, cooking and sampling red wines.

Beth Price
Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree and is in pursuit of completing additional professional education. To date, she has completed seven parts towards earning her CPCU designation, three parts of the CIC certificate and has started CRM courses. When she is not working or studying for her professional designations, she enjoys canoeing and gardening.

Mary Ann Selensky
She works to develop job descriptions, recruit new employees and supports the retention of existing employees. She ensures that the agency is in compliance with all local, state and federal human resources regulations She is also responsible for supporting the human resources needs for over eighty employees. The agency benefits significantly from her years of insurance industry experience in personal, commercial and management areas. She has been employed with The Crichton Group since 2001.

Kaye
Ladd is the Director of Operations and IT Manager for The Crichton
Group. In this role, Kaye's responsibilites span across the agency and
are central to the agencies ongoing success. Kaye has attended several
professional schools and completed
courses to assist her in the execution of her responsibilities. Kaye
also leads marketing communication development projects within the
agency including the development of advertising, brochures, websites and
electronic communications.
Tammy Mason is the employee benefits department manager for the agency.
She has been employed with The Crichton Group since 1995 and has played a
key role in the growth and success of the employee benefits division.
Her dedication to clients is exemplary as evidenced by comments from a
recent marketing project where the agency gathered testimonials from key
clients. Her name was consistently cited as one who goes above and
beyond day in and day out for clients. She clearly works tirelessly on
behalf of clients to meet and exceed their expectations in the rapidly
changing and challenging world of employee benefits.
Mary is a dedicated employee of Crichton Brandon Jackson and Ward
serving the agency and its clients as Personal Lines Manager. She also
serves as the back-up agency management system manager when the IT
manager is out of the office. She began her insurance career in 1977 and
where she developed experience as an agent and as a manager. She has
been employed with The Crichton Group since 1999.
Nicie has been employed in the insurance industry since 1984 serving in a
range of management positions in underwriting, marketing, and claims.
Her experience across the industry gives her a unique understanding of
the insurance business and the needs of clients. She joined The
Crichton Group in 2002 as Claims Manager. Nicie and the claims
department works on behalf of clients to ensure their claim is handled
quickly and fairly by insurance carriers.
Kimmi serves The Crichton Group in the Controller position responsible
for the accounting function and ensuring the agency stays in compliance
with recognized general accounting practices and all laws related to
financial matters. She has been employed with since 2001.
Bud is the manager of Alternative Risk Solutions for the agency. Bud has
many years of insurance industry experience including owning an
insurance agency and performing as a top producer for a national broker.
His educational background includes a B.S. degree from Georgia Tech in
Behavioral Management and insurance education from USF&G’s Agent
School.
Mark serves the agency in a role that is critical to the success of
clients in containing their total cost of risk. As Risk Control Manager,
he leads the agency effort to work with clients to create and maintain
safer and healthier work environments. This reduces the cost of risk and
improves productivity in companies which positively impacts their
operational and financial performance over the long-term.
Beckye Sprouse is an account executive responsible for large commercial
accounts and key accounts for the agency. She is a Certified Risk
Manager (CRM) and has been employed in the insurance industry since
1968. She has diverse experience having worked with an insurance
company, insurance brokers and independent insurance agents. Since 1991
she has been employed with The Crichton Group. Recently, the agency
engaged in the collection of testimonials from clients for a marketing
project and Beckye was specifically mentioned numerous times for
providing answers to difficult questions and for providing solutions to
clients. Her commitment to providing the best in personal service is
evident by the comments of her clients.
Beth Price is a veteran of the insurance industry having started her
insurance career in 1978. Since 2001, Beth has been employed with
Crichton Brandon Jackson and Ward. She is the Marketing Director for the
firm where she works with producers and insurance carriers to develop
the best possible insurance coverage at the best possible price for
insurance clients. Beth is the person in the agency that essentially
does the market research and "shopping" for clients to make sure they
are getting the best commercial insurance value.
Mary Ann is the Human Resources manager for the agency supporting the
human resources and strategic management objectives of the organization.
