Parkes is a member of the Tennessee Fuel and Convenience Store Association and serves on the board of the Next Generation Committee of that organization. He is also on the board of the Insurors of Nashville. Parkes is married with one child. He enjoys spending time with his family and when time permits playing golf and fly fishing.

Rob Sentell
Rob is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and earned a Bachelor Science Degree in Communications. He also attended the University of Mississippi on a music scholarship before transferring to Middle Tennessee State. While Rob works with a wide range of clients across many industry segments to help them determine their risk management needs, he specializes in working with non-profit organizations. Rob serves on the Board of Directors of Able Youth which is an organization dedicated to serving children in wheel chairs by introducing them to the independence they can develop through sports related activities such as wheel chair basketball and other activities. Rob is a native of northern Mississippi and lived in Memphis for three years and has strong ties to the region. He is married with two children. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. His family attends Fellowship Bible Church.

Joe was previously employed as a Project Manager with Delta-21 Resources, a government services and defense contractor. He is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Tennesssee-Knoxville where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. Joe's considerable analytical skills developed in his previous job and through his university education will prove invaluable in the arena of employee benefits. Joe and his wife Mollie enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and playing with their dog Amos.

Blake Wiedman
Blake is a graduate of the University of Mississippi in Oxford and earned a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. His minor was in Real Estate. While at the University of Mississippi, he served as President of the Risk Management and Insurance Society. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He is active in the community working with Linda’s Hope which is a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about pancreatic cancer and the toll it takes on individuals, families and society. The group is also actively working to raise funds to support more research into pancreatic cancer and to develop more effective treatment options. In his spare time, Blake enjoys following the success of his alma mater in college football and other sports. He also stays busy keeping up with his two year old Golden Retriever.

Anita has been an employee of The Crichton Group since 1991 and has
recently accepted a new role as a Benefits Producer. Previously Anita
was a commercial insurance producer. Though her clients represent a
broad cross section of business, she specializes in construction risks
and non-profits. In 2005, she was the The Crichton Group's Salesperson
of the Year. Anita is a graduate of Belmont University.
Bob has been employed with The Crichton Group since 2004 and is a
producer who specializes in life, long term-care, disability income and
health insurance. Previously, he worked with Prudential Insurance
Company and CNA Insurance for a combined total of twenty-seven years. He
has both a life & health and property & casualty license. He
graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Murray State University.
Sam is a long time employee of the agency having worked for The Crichton
Group since 1986. With over twenty-five years of insurance industry
experience he is a seasoned veteran of the industry and is able to
leverage his considerable knowledge about the insurance industry to the
direct benefit of his clients. While his clients represent a broad cross
section of businesses he specializes in the healthcare and construction
industries. Sam earned a Bachelor's Degree from Belmont University
and an M.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University. Early in his
insurance career he attended USF&G's Agent School which assisted in
his early career development. Sam enjoys playing golf and is an avid
football fan.
Parkes has been employed with The Crichton Group since 2003 and is a
graduate of the University of Mississippi. Prior to his employment with the agency he worked with a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson in medical products sales and marketing. Since joining The Crichton Group, Parkes has developed specialized insurance and risk management expertise in two market segments including petroleum distributors and petroleum marketers who operate convenience store and gas station locations. Parkes also specializes in providing insurance and risk management services to a wide variety of clients in the construction industry. His depth of industry experience and expertise enables him to serve clients from virtually any industry segment from small businesses on Main Street to clients with multiple locations with complex risk profiles.
Austin Madison has been with The Crichton Group since
2007 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. He was previously employed with UNUM
Group as a Group Benefits Producer. Austin’s knowledge of Consumer Driven
health plans as well as employer-based wellness plans has helped him provide
unique and effective solutions to problems that employers and employees face
with the rising costs of health care. Austin’s expertise in Group
Disability, Life, Executive Disability, and Voluntary Worksite products also allow
him to help employers provide a benefit offering that attracts and retains
quality workforce talent. Understanding the impact of Health Reform on
employers and employees is also a role that Austin takes very seriously, as he
makes it a priority to keep his clients informed as the market continues to
evolve and adapt to changes brought about through Health Care Reform.
Charlie has been employed by The Crichton Group since 2004 and has been
working in the insurance industry since 1992. He has considerable
experience and expertise in the construction industry and understands
the unique insurance and risk management needs of construction firms.
Charlie is a construction insurance and surety bond specialist.
Mac joined the Crichton Group in 2009 as an commercial producer. He
comes to the Crichton Group from the Commercial Real Estate business
where he focused on Investment Sales. He spent several years at CB
Richard Ellis in Memphis, TN before moving to Nashville to join Holrob
Investments. While in real estate, he was involved in the sale of more
than $200 million in commercial transactions. He is a candidate for a
CCIM designation and continues to actively work with the Real Estate
community. A native of Memphis, He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee. He enjoys
spending time with his wife and two boys and also hunting and fishing.
Rob
has been with The Crichton Group since 2009. Prior to joining the
agency, he held sales and marketing related positions with two major
corporations where he developed considerable business experience that
provides him with valuable insight into the insurance and risk managment
needs of companies and organizations. He started his business career in
2001.
Joe
joined The Crichton Group in the first quarter of 2011. He will be
working with prospective employee benefits clients to develop
forward-thinking employee benefit solutions designed to assist employers
in their effort to attract and retain the best employees while staying
within the realities of a budget.
Blake Wiedman joined The Crichton Group in 2011 as an
insurance producer. His previous employer was global insurance broker Willis where provided a range of consultative risk management and insurance related services. Drawing from his experiences at Willis, Blake’s focus at The
Crichton Group is development and implementation of risk management solutions
for the Health Care and Technology industries. In addition, he is working extensively with Private Equity and Venture
Capital practices to manage exposures within their portfolios. The Crichton Group has an unparalleled
capability to provide service and support to these types of companies, combining Loss Control and Claims
Advocacy techniques with the day to day service from our Risk Management staff.
