Jimmy joined The Crichton Group in 1997. He has been in the insurance field since 1983 and was President of Granbery & Associates from 1995-1997. He leads the agency in vision, direction, and management, including financial, operations, compliance and policy, and procedures. His areas of expertise are in property and casualty insurance, risk management, and agency operations He served as Westfield Agents Association President of the Board in 2013, CNA Pacer State Chair-1997-1998, and Insurors of TN Young Agent of the Year in 1995.

Jimmy is a native Nashvillian. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He played golf at UT from 1978-1982. He is serving on the national Board of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and is on the Partner Evaluation Committee for Assurex Global. He enjoys golf, traveling, and his job. Jimmy and his wife, Corinne, have two children, Katie & Jimmy.

Bob Jackson

Bob has 30 years of industry experience starting his career with The Crichton Group in 1986. He is responsible for overseeing the insurance carrier relationships and mentoring new producers. Bob specializes in commercial real estate, which includes apartments, shopping centers, offices, and industrial buildings. Another area of specialty is in Risk Management for High Net Worth individuals and families. Bob has served on agency advisory councils for ACE, CNA, CHUBB, Hanover, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Westfield, and Cincinnati.

Bob’s hometown is Nashville, Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Mississippi. He is a deacon at First Presbyterian, former board member at Y-Cap, former board member at Cumberland Heights, chaired the Cumberland Heights concert in 2002, and is very involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. His enjoys playing golf, hunting and traveling with his family. Bob and his wife, Pamela have two daughters, Mary-Keith & Kathleen, one son, Baxter, and two dogs, Missy, & Dixie.

He oversees the company’s insurance offerings, marketing of new services and product development and also leads the agency’s nonprofit and social services division. Cooper is from Nashville, Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. Austin is from Lexington, KY. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky. Austin serves as a board member for two local non-profit organizations, Fannie Battle Day Home for Children and Pursue Ministries. Austin is a member of West End Community Church in Nashville, Tn. He enjoys spending time with family, golf, fishing, and watching college sports. He and his wife Stacey are the proud parents of three children; Braden, Asher, and Amelia, and two dogs, Maggie and Daisy.

Blake Wiedman

Blake joined The Crichton Group in 2011 and has been in the insurance industry since 2008. He works with clients to develop and implement risk management strategies through a variety of risk mitigation and transfer mechanisms. His areas of expertise are Private Equity, Healthcare, Technology, and Law Firms, with a particular focus on Professional and Cyber Liability lines of coverage. Blake became a partner and principal of the firm in January of 2016. His role continues to be in the advocacy of existing client relationships, development of new business, and he is working on a number of a number of initiatives in the information security/cyber liability space.

Blake is from Memphis, Tennessee but has now lived in Nashville for close to a decade. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with majors in Risk Management and Insurance and Real Estate. He was an Ambassador of the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors at Linda’s Hope, and participates in the Annual Joy of Giving Toy Drive. In 2015, he was named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30. His hobbies are fly fishing, golf, hunting, and basketball. Blake has a wife, Brenna, daughter Caroline, and two dogs.

He is an elder at Franklin Church of Christ, an Agency Council Member with Builder’s Mutual Insurance Company, trustee and board member of Tennessee Lions Charities, and is the past District Governor for Lions Club International for Middle Tennessee. Robert Harris

Abigail joined The Crichton Group in 2012. She began as an account manager assistant in the select unit. Five positions later, she is now The Crichton Group’s first Marketing & Communications Manager, leading and implementing all marketing and communications functions of the agency, including strategy, marketing collateral, online presence, electronic communications, advertising, public relations and charity involvement, including quarterbacking the Crichton Throw Down. This cornhole tournament benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation raised more than $70,000 in its inaugural year in 2016 and raised $90,000 in 2017. Abigail was named an Employee of the Year award winner by the Nashville Business Journal. She helps lead both the entertainment and wellness committees at The Crichton Group. She is involved in Assurex Global’s branding & communications group and the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) Marketing & Communications Working Group. Abigail attained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2015.

Originally from Centerville, Tennessee, Abigail graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, with a concentration in public relations, and minors in business, journalism, and psychology. She volunteers with many organizations, including Second Harvest Food Bank, Youth Encouragement Services (Y.E.S.) and several others through Double Impact. Abigail enjoys outdoor activities, drinking coffee, and spending time with friends and family, especially her husband Ben, daughter Stella Rae and dog Ruby Dooby Doo.

Allen Freeman

Allen joined The Crichton Group in 2015. He started working in the benefits field at the age of 12 when he worked in an insurance company’s mailroom. He handles the operational aspects of the Group Benefits department and leads the benefit technology team. His areas of expertise are in process improvement, benefit technology and outsourcing.

Allen’s hometowns are Attleboro, Massachusetts, all over Europe, and Dallas, TX. He attended the University of Arkansas where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology. In Texas, he served as the Meet Director for Lakeside Aquatic Club, was a Youth Volunteer at First United Methodist Church where he created a faith-based Wednesday night fitness program for kids, and help start the largest kid’s only running event. He also coached a select baseball team, youth football, and youth basketball, and served on the Little League Board of Directors. He enjoys anything that involves the advancement of youth or teaching adults how to coach kids properly, building things, and outdoor cooking. He and his wife, Angie, have two sons, Douglas & Evan.

Her areas of expertise are Commercial Insurance, Risk Management, Transportation, Construction, Manufacturing, Municipalities, Large Property, and Healthcare.

Tracy’s hometown is LaVergne, TN. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and from Nashville School of Law with a Doctorate of Juris Prudence where she was in the Top Ten Percent of her class. She enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Leo, have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
